Sydney Rail Network - Museum Station Upgrade
Client: Transport for New South Wales (TfNSW)
Project Value: A$ 25 Million
Project Description: The station upgrade is part of a broader transport access upgrade system – Australia’s largest train network upgrade. Three accessibility lifts are being placed within the structure, one under Elizabeth St, the city’s busiest road, one within tree exclusion zones and the other through the existing concourse.
Scope: Indus (formerly known as Deleg8) was engaged by Arenco the D&C contractor commissioned by TfNSW for the project works. Indus provided coordination between the Site Team, Structural Engineers and the Architects to ensure that the design was developed so that safety and buildability were foremost.
