Project Value: A$ 100,000

Project Description : Sydney Metro is Australia’s largest public infrastructure project and the biggest public transport project in Sydney since the construction of the Harbour Bridge eighty years ago. Sydney Metro Northwest, formerly the North West Rail Link, is a key part of the Sydney Metro project and the North West Rail Link will be the first fully-automated rail system in Australia. The scope included hydrologic modelling and design to establish rise in flood afflux due to the new metro line, hydraulic design of controlled cross drainage structures, urban & architectural design to harmonise and enhance the Haul Road embankment outlook to the surrounding environments and structural design of various types of cost efficient embankments / cross drainage controls.

Indus was also responsible for preparation of contract documentation and construction supervision for Quality Assurance and reporting the compliance to the design requirements and delivery of works to time and cost.
