Project Description: Procurement of survey services for a survey pilot project - Balmain West Wharf to Birchgrove Wharf for the RMS.

Scope: Indus (formerly known as Deleg8) has been contracted by RMS Bridge & Maritime Strategy Group for assistance in procurement of survey services for a survey pilot project (Balmain West Wharf to Birchgrove Wharf). The scope of work included the review, development and finalisation of the Project Brief for Survey Pilot Project for Maritime Asset Information Capture and development of a Request for Tender (RFT) documentation as per RMS standard documentation. On completion this task Deleg8 assisted the Bridge & Maritime Strategy Group in assessment and awarding of the contract as per RMS standard Tender Assessment and Award processes and are also assisting the Bridge & Maritime Strategy Group in Quality Assurance and reporting of the project during implementation.
