Project Description: Indus (formerly known as Deleg8) was engaged by Invocare to assist in development and implementation of pavement rehabilitation works for the Pinegrove Memorial Park. The scope of work included full depth pavement construction pavement surface reconstruction at selected roads inside the cemetery, identification of heavy patching locations and extents, replacement of kerb & gutter at selected locations along with the construction of pit for stormwater drainage.

Scope: Indus reviewed existing documentation and design and developed cost estimates for a variety of rehabilitation options for the client. On approval of recommended strategy Indus prepared Request for Quotation (RFQ) documentation and called for tenders for the works, assessed the quotes received and made recommendation to Invocare for the preferred contractor.

For the construction phase, Indus finalised the construction program along with the Site plans, undertook the supervision of works and ensured the specific work quality is obtained.

Post construction, Indus checked the bill submitted by the contractor and verified any outstanding works prior to issuing the completion certificate. Indus also prepared the handover package documenting all the quality records including the WAE drawings and Handover report.
