Health Point Hospital Abu Dhabi - O&M Review

Project Description: Health Point Hospital, Abu Dhabi was developed under a PPP arrangement and the owner/operator was in the process of selecting the best model for a long term Operations and Maintenance contract for all Mechanical, Electrical, Building and Civil/ Structural components.

Scope: Indus (formerly known as Deleg8) was engaged by one of the tenderers Assetlink to analyse the Building and Medical Assets and develop the strategy to enable Asseslink to tender for the project.

Indus reviewed the asset database provided and developed:

-        An inspection strategy for the pre-tender inspection

-        Asset condition questionnaire

-        Program for RFT response

-        Bid Strategy

The objective of the exercise was to enable even an inexperienced local Abu Dhabi Project Engineer to follow the instructions and provide the necessary information back to Sydney to enable the tender team established by Indus to cost the works.
