AssetLink Abu Dhabi Hospital PPP

Project Description 

Abu Dhabi Hospital was developed under a PPP arrangement and the owner/operator was in the process of selecting the best model for a long term Operations and Maintenance contract for all Mechanical, Electrical, Building and Civil/ Structural components.

Scope

Indus (formerly known as Deleg8) was engaged by one of the tenderer Assetlink to analyse the Building and civil Assets and develop the strategy to enable Assetlink to tender for the project.

Indus reviewed the asset database provided and developed:

- An inspection strategy for the pre tender inspection

- Program for RFT response

- Bid Strategy

Indus developed the presentation for the AssetLink bid to UON and provided engineering support to the Bid team.
